  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat; drain grease.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
