- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
