STEAK AND SHRIMP STIR FRY

Enjoy a quick and delicious steak and shrimp stir fry for a weeknight meal that packs a punch of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound steak, sliced thin
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the bell peppers and broccoli, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine, cooking for an additional minute.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
