- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, and melted butter; mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
