Tini’s Mac and Cheese is a deliciously indulgent dish featuring the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any occasion.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in flour to make a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
  6. Combine cooked macaroni, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese sauce; mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
