  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup black cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the底 of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Divide the cheesecake mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, mix in green food coloring. In the other, mix in black cocoa powder.
  5. Layer the mixtures in the prepared crust, swirling them together for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes until the center is set. Allow to cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon to the crust.
