- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green food coloring
- 1/4 cup black cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the底 of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
- Divide the cheesecake mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, mix in green food coloring. In the other, mix in black cocoa powder.
- Layer the mixtures in the prepared crust, swirling them together for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until the center is set. Allow to cool in the oven with the door ajar.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
